Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Expedited orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs regulations, and other factors. You will be informed of the estimated shipping time during checkout.
All shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to inform you of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can see the total shipping charges during the checkout process before confirming your purchase. The following are the general guidelines for shipping rates:
- Standard Shipping: Rates are based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.
- Expedited Shipping: Additional fees apply and are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the order.
- Free Shipping: From time to time, we offer free standard shipping promotions. Check our website for any active promotions offering free shipping.
Please note that taxes, duties, and other fees may apply for international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout for eligible international orders.
3. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it immediately. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable) so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Please be aware that orders placed after 3:00 PM PST may not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time through the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues or delays with your shipment, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- International Shipping: Regal Fireplaces offers international shipping to certain countries. However, some countries may have shipping restrictions or higher duties and taxes. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary. To help us with your claim, please provide the following information:

- Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the damage or issue
If an item is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and ensure that a solution is reached as quickly as possible.
7. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure fast shipping. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must proceed with the return process if necessary.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid any issues.
9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination. Our website does not currently support multiple shipping addresses per order.
